Returns & Refunds

Every Almost Zenith piece is printed for you after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which keeps waste down, and it also shapes how returns work. Here is the full policy in plain terms.
Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item
If your order shows up damaged, printed incorrectly, or simply not what you ordered, that is on us. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice.
Sizing
Because each shirt is made to order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for size. Please check the size guide on every product page before you buy. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us before ordering and we will help you pick.
Canceling an order
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible after ordering. Once a shirt has entered production we can no longer cancel it.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your order stalled or lost, reach out and we will work with the carrier to sort it out or send a replacement.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Once issued, they usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Something else
If your situation does not fit neatly into any of the above, email us anyway. We are a small brand and we handle things person to person. If something about your order let you down, we want to hear about it.
