These terms cover your use of almostzenith.com and any purchase you make here. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. They are written to be read, so please do.
Orders and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm it and send it to production. We may cancel and refund any order that looks fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill, and we will tell you if that happens.
Products
Every item is printed to order. Colors can look slightly different from one screen to another, and small variations between prints are a normal part of made-to-order apparel.
Shipping
Orders typically ship within 3 to 7 business days. That window is an estimate, not a guarantee, and delivery times depend on the carrier. We currently ship within the United States. Ordering from outside the US? Our Etsy shop ships internationally.
Returns
Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Returns and Refunds policy, which is part of these terms.
Our content
The designs, logo, photos, and text on this site belong to Almost Zenith. You are welcome to share links to the store, but please do not copy, reprint, or resell our designs without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with the date at the top, is the one in effect.
